I have to get this off my chest and I can't share it on regular Social Media. Ok so I've been im the Grocery Business for almost 5 years now. I put in an application for Key Carrier (front end manager). I got the job! Yay! Ok but the process was tedious. It used to be you just interviewed with the store Manger and someone from HR. Well not anymore, you have a Phone interview with HR, and written test (and this test is the same test Store Managers have to take), and then a in person interview with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
